Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Gainesville Estate Planning Council.


Edgar B. Dunlap, II is a partner whose practice areas include real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning, and taxation. Mr. Dunlap was born in Gainesville, Georgia and was admitted to the bar in 1974. Mr. Dunlap attended Davidson College where he earned his B.A. in 1971 as well as the University of Georgia where he earned his J.D. in 1974. Mr. Dunlap earned his LL.M in taxation from Emory University in 1979. He served as law clerk to Judge Griffin B. Bell, U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit from 1974-1975.

FAMILY: Mr. Dunlap and his wife live in Gainesville.
