John A. Gram

He is a member of the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association (President 1999-2000) and American Bar Association as well as the State Bar of Georgia where he is active in the Fiduciary Law Section, having presented at the Fiduciary Law Institute three times (1986, 1989 and 1994), chaired the 36th Annual Estate Planning Institute (1991) and presented at the 56th Annual Estate Planning Institute (2011).
John A. Gram is a partner whose practice areas include estate planning, estate settlement, tax planning, non-profits, corporate transactions, and banking. Mr. Gram was born in Toledo, Ohio. He was admitted to the bar in 1974. Mr. Gram earned his B.S. in 1970 from the University of Tampa and in 1974 earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia. Mr. Gram also attended Emory University where he earned his LL.M. in Taxation in 1976. Mr. Gram works with the Chicopee Woods Area Park Commission and the Georgia Poultry Improvement Association, Inc. in which he attends the regular board meetings for the Association.
FAMILY: Mr. Gram and his family live in Gainesville, Georgia.
